Conference Vision and Scope
Understanding what supports mental well-being, healthy behaviour, and long-life quality of life has become increasingly important across many areas of research. We are currently seeing transformative advances across disciplines such as cognitive science, psychology, behavioural studies, and longevity research. These fields, supported by new insights from brain science and neuroscience, are providing clearer perspectives on how individuals learn, adapt, and sustain resilience across the entire human lifespan. As this vital work grows, the conversation around mental health and healthy aging naturally spans psychology, medicine, and public health.
Longevity and Healthy Ageing: New Perspectives from Psychology, Neuroscience, and Medicine Conference 2026 brings together researchers who are pushing these ideas forward and working to better understand the mechanisms of resilience, cognitive reserve, adaptive cognition, and lifelong well-being. Through structured talks, collaborative discussions, and the sharing of diverse insights, the conference fosters open dialogue. Our goal is to build a community dedicated to improving mental health and advancing long-term well-being through meaningful science and practical, shared understanding.
